About Amber Joy

Amber’s passion for real estate started in Clarksville, TN in 2005 when she fell under the mentorship of
Tonya Stewart, founder of The Stewart Group and one of the top selling agents in the city. As an agent
with the Stewart Group, Amber learned the ins and outs of real estate, how to effectively manage and
grow a new build community onsite and it was during this time that her love for the industry ignited.
Amber moved to the Raleigh area in 2014. She is a mother of six, MeMom to the most precious
grandbaby, coffee lover and DIY junkie. Enthusiasm, hard work and personalized service go into
everything Amber does. She believes that a person's home should complement their lifestyle. Whether
renting, upgrading, downsizing, building from the ground up, buying a home for the first time or the
fifth, she is committed to making the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
