With over seven years of experience and more than $80 million in closed sales, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes throughout the Triangle area. As the Broker-in-Charge and Co-Founder of Stellar Realty Group with my business partner Barry Wilkins, I lead a team of ten full-time agents who share the same client-first philosophy and commitment to excellence.

I was honored to receive Howard Hanna Allen Tate’s Top Producer Rookie of the Year Award early in my career and have since been recognized among the Top 1.5% of Agents Nationwide by RealTrends and as one of the Top 100 Realtors in the Triangle by Real Producers Magazine (2024).

My specialty lies in Lake Royale, Louisburg, Wake Forest, and the surrounding luxury and lifestyle markets—areas I not only work in but truly know and love.     Dan was great – best experience In home purchasing. He really went the
    extra mile to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase especially since we
    were remote through the entire process. He also helped to ensure our
    transition to the area was seamless.

    Dan went above and beyond. He answered every time I called and was very
    responsive throughout the entirety of the process. There were plenty of things
    on my plate. It was great to have Dan set up the survey, inspection and so many
    other things. Professionalism at its best 10 out of 10. The insurance agent was
    spectacular as well. Streamline service. Answers to my many questions and
    follow up calls with items I had completely forgotten about. I would highly
    recommend Allen Tate and especially Dan Gunther to anyone looking to buy a

    Dan was awesome to work with. We contacted him as the selling agent for a
    property. Being from out of state, he went to the property we were interested in
    ahead of time and sent photos in case we didn't want to make a trip in person
    to see it. The listing wasn't clearly accurate and he was very upfront about that.
    We ended up using him as the buyer's agent on a different piece of property
    and he again went above and beyond. He was extremely responsive to
    questions, we always had clear and prompt communication and he gave good
    advice about the area.

    many aspects. He assisted or took care of many things throughout the entire
