As a former teacher and insurance data analyst, Julie combines a sharp eye for detail with a personal heart for service. Having lived in seven states and overseas, she truly understands what it takes to turn a house into a home in Lake Royale and beyond.

Her teaching background allows her to clearly explain complex real estate steps, while her data analysis experience ensures every detail and market trend is handled with precision. 

Beyond work, Julie shares a home at The River Golf Club with her husband, Rodney, three dogs, and a very chaotic cat. Together they have five children and one perfect grandchild.
